This first issue focuses on fan art via articles stating my research, the interview of an artist and a leaflet mimicking “fans’ opinions” as we would find them in our favourite teenage magazines.

The magazine observes fan art in its good and bad sides, raising questions and answering others. A special contribution by Cyril Jouhanneau, art history teacher, talks about academic art through the lens of fan art.

The magazine is accompanied by a web interface  highlighting the invited artist’s illustrations as interactive cards.

How it works: Inspired by Nicolas Tilly's animated cards , I built and designe this interactive catalogue. Showcasing the work of Araknoce, a french illustator, each card displays an illustration on one side and some context on the other side. Every card is accompanied by an audio track taken from the original art piece.

Info: The title of the publication is a reference to Jefferson Airplane's White Rabbit. In a personal movement away from big companies, I made this publication entirely using the Affinity software suite.
